If you would like to delete your Cituras account and associated data, you may request deletion at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to support@cituras.com from the email address associated with your account. Include a clear request for account deletion.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your member or host profile
- Contact information stored by Cituras
- Photos and content associated with your profile
- Data associated with third-party login providers where applicable
Processing Time
We generally process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request.
